Formed in 1991, the firm provides comprehensive surveying and land planning services for a broad spectrum of clients and needs. We specialize in taking a project from the early stages through all steps of the approval process, including the Planning, Zoning, and Town/Village Boards, as may be necessary to suit the project scope.
Mr. Greenwell has over 35 years of experience in the field of land surveying and land planning. His responsibilities include management of an integrated survey department, supervision and scheduling field crews and support personnel in all phases of surveying operations for subdivisions, site planning, wetlands locations, construction stakeouts, photogrammetry,and title survey work.
Additionally, as a land planner, Mr Greenwell is responsible for assembling a multi-disciplined team to process projects through site plan and subdivision design phases, including layout, design, permitting, and approvals. He has considerable expertise in the review of zoning, environmental, physical, and other developmental constraints and the incorporation of these factors into design.
